La limpieza super, el desayuno bueno,pomos de agua free todos los días en la habitación .lo recomiendo solo si no te gusta estar en el centro este no es el lugar .con niños no lo recomendaría pero súper

The staff was not helpful at all and the room was not clean until the last day there

We had a suite and it was beautiful and clean. An elevator wasn’t working. Since they don’t have guest stairway, you’re forced to wait forever for the one working elevator / only for the elevator to open and it’s already full.

Very clean, updates property. Comfortable rooms.

Rooms are small but the location is perfect if you want to walk around the city and site see. The pool is really convenient but does get packed quick. I DO NOT recommend the rooftop bar, “It’s 5 o clock somewhere”. I went to celebrate 2 friends birthdays. 2 of us were waiting at the outdoor seats for another 2 to come so we opened a tab and got a drink. While we waited, the server came over SIX times to tell us that we need to start ordering more or move to the bar area because other guest would like to sit outside and plan to spend more money. I informed him that we are waiting for 2 others and once they came I planned to do dinner and bottle service. Well, he told me he gets paid off guest spending money and couldn’t keep holding a table for ppl. He said he turned a party away that was ready to buy the bottles. Mind you, we had a tab open and there was no minimum spends plus the inside was empty. My other 2 friends were on their way up but we didn’t appreciate the service so we decided to leave. The server followed us out and snottly said “well tell your friend happy birthday”. Very distasteful! Would NOT return to that bar.

Stayed 4 nights with my teenage son, it was our first trip to NYC. We loved the location, it’s in the middle of all the “Vegas style” action of Times Square. Next trip I think we will choose a more quaint neighborhood since we can say we have been there, done that. We rode the subway a lot and loved that the 42nd street & Penn stations are a really close walk. It was also super convenient coming from Newark airport. The hotel gym is great, we used it everyday. We had breakfast at the restaurant once & it was decent. I appreciated the free bottles of water & coffee in the room, nice touch. The pool for us was a bit crowded with younger kids & felt like a cruise ship pool so we passed on it. There are way too many things to do in Manhattan besides sitting at a hotel pool. My only complaint is the $45 per day “resort fee”, I’m assuming that’s for the pool….? We also liked the rooftop bar, great view. Overall, we had a nice experience at Margaritaville.

Room was clean great location.

A couple people was great but the rest were horrible. Had to stay because my original hotel was too hot. When my plane was delayed, the front desk wanted me to to charge 3 times that I originally paid.
