The price for one night wasn’t bad … but the thing is the shower, hot water or middle water not works toilet was dirty. AC works first for all there is no elevator no Wi-Fi not a good quality

Asansore binmeyin altınıza edersiniz. Kalbim durcaktı

Perfect like home Manager very professional and kind , thanks men

The pictures on Expedia are totally different. The actual hotel room is worse!

The man in the reception was very helpful and kind. The room was nice and clean

The lobby is on fifth floor. I personally found the place creepy and chose not to stay.

This is not a hotel. Extremely unsafe. Hotel mark very small and barely visible ; even the next door neighbors dint know it exists!! No one answering the door bell for 15 minutes after the taxi dropped us off a 100 m away in the next street. The man finally arrived from the outside, not sure who this is?! Not a weird in English but accommodating. 27 steps in a very narrow staircase to the elevator. The tiny reception at the top with more steps. The room very hot. AC not working. No other guests seem. No other personnel. The bathroom dirty. There was a molded and smelly orange in the tiny refrigerator. There are no plugs for chargers etc. The shower like warm. The place is very creepy with the feel that someone is watching you through a camera in the room. We had paid for four nights stay but slept the night and left the next morning. I asked the man for half refund through Google translate and he declined. I chose this place based on your reviews. Don't go there.

I have been in Istanbul a lot of times. Every time I take new hotel and new district just for the sake of exploration. Nine Hotel might be located in one of the best places. Very close to all the main attractions and a lot of dining and shopping options all around. Staff was amazing!!! Very helpful and friendly. Proprty is not new but its clean and veru comfortable. Best option for firsttimers, location will be very helpful. Higly recommend! Thank you Nine Hotel team!!!

It was a stressful day before check in. Once I meet the stuff and see how cozy it is. I f was so happy. You won't miss staying at this hotel.. very helpful stuff. I felt that I am at my home with my family.

My wife and I stayed at Nine Istanbul for 2 nights. We found the check-in was easy, the room was clean and spacious and the roof top view was awesome. Super friendly and helpful staff that provided great suggestions for checking out the local area and shopping.
