The rooms were clean and spacious . The staff were great and helpful . Breakfast was not that great . Despite the staff and notices everywhere indicating NO smoking, everywhere was smelling weed

Lovely hotel conveniently situated outside of the centre, allowing for a quieter stay and better night sleep. The beds are very soft, you just sink in to them which makes them comfy but made me a bit too warm, still got good enough sleep so can't complain too much. The room was spacious and bathroom clean. I did drop my pen on the floor at one point and the floors under the bed did not look to have been cleaned recently. The transport into the centre was easy once you do it once. You take a bus from just around the corner (2 mins walk from hotel) and this drops you off right outside the train station where you get a train from there in to the centre. The staff were lovely and provided us with a kettle upon request, quick and easy check in and check out.

Room was not cleaned properly, staff had no interest on who is checking out or in.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the room was clean. It is a basic hotel, somewhat dated. I did not eat there so can’t comment on the breakfast or restaurant. The complementary beverage was a nice touch. The hotel is close to the Norde train terminal which was convenient.
