Rooms were very clean, it's handy to get food City, restaurants.

Good place to stay for a night if needed as a stop through. We did have a room that had a window that wouldn’t close, so it was rather cold. Once the curtains were shut and the air conditioning was on, it managed to trap the heat in mostly, but the road noise was still there. Toilet seat was also loose. Helpful amenities with tea/coffee/toiletries facilities though. Very pokey with the sofa bed open, not ideal for families, especially with multiple suit cases.

Clean, tidy room that was comfortable but window wouldn't close and heating didn't work so was a bit cold.

We had to request linen change as the linen on the fold out bed was dirty and stained. There was a smell in the room of musty and alnost like it had been smoked in. The price definitely reflected the service. Absolutely ok if you need cheap accommodation for a 1 night stay and don't mind the cheaper outlook.

Aircon not warming - needs a service. I have stayed at many motels off Hotel.com, this is the only place that has asked for a $100 credit card preauth, even when the room is already paid for. Perhaps have an outdoor smokers area that does not involve having to stand at the gate and smoke. If you are a smoker this may not be the place for you..

Clean rooms

We were blamed of stealing 2towels.we were given only 2 towels and bathroom hand basin the drawer was falling apart.the room seems the bedsheets were not clean.didnt sleep comfortably.after the checkout the administrator keeps calling about the towels and says needs investigation where it has gone.had a bad experience.

The fold out bed was not good to sleep on, other than that is was good. Lovely staff

Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was amazing. I loved the setup having the bedroom separate to the lounge. Pressure for the shower was absolutely amazing, bed was a little hard but got comfortable in the end. Due to security reasons visitors are not allowed which is not stated on the site however the receptionist was willing to allow my family to come through. Highly recommended.

no issues nice clean room spacious comfortable will be back
