The reception staff are excellent and so very helpful. The room was spotlessly clean. Even when i wanted to extend my stay they were very accommodating in allowing me to keep the same room.

Room was very low quality. Walls were paper thin, every sound could be heard. First day, after 5 minutes my shower ran off hot water. Bed was terrible, mattress kept me awake at night with how uncomfortable it was. Furniture looked like second hand after 20 years of use. There was no daylight in the room
On the upside, Room was clean and staff was really friendly and helpful.

This was a very limited service hotel with no common areas aside from the lobby and reception desk. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful, but I think the property was overpriced for what was provided

The Hotel was in a fantastic location. The bedroom was a good size with a comfortable bed. Our check in was speedy and the staff covered briefly the places of interest and how to travel efficiently through the city. We forgot to ask about the bike rental, but having the service available was very much appreciated. We had a wonderful time in Valencia and would happily stay here again.
