Property was clean , kitchen stuff very attentive , just did not like location hard to find the alley , rooms very small .

Good food and helpful employess

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the historic district. There are plenty of dining options within a few feet of the hotel. The staff was great, provided me with a fan upon request. The room and property were very clean. The breakfast was good. The room was small but it provided everything you need for sleeping purposes, including a comfy bed. I would stay here again but only during the winter months as the room had no a/c.

The room was small but clean. Towels, shampoo and conditioner. The room we got had a ceiling fan but it was a little warm there was no A.C we stayed at in the 3rd floor. We did get to enjoy the free continental breakfast. Which was perfect to start our morning. We've stayed here before and it doesn't disappoints especially for a short stay. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. And very close to the zocalo and restaurants.

No ac in rooms only ceiling fan open the window and you have a bar 20 fr away playong loud music till 1 am then the kitchen next to hotel makes noise all night at 5 am the trash gets picked up more noise The bed was so lousy hard i woke up every 30 minutes o ly real rst was after 6 am then the day started honestly its in a good location but i would never stay here again the rooms are ridiculous small even for 2 people breakfast was ok nothin special since there are so many other choices within 2 minute walk

Room was good clean but too small, not enough room to walk around, and weather was hot and there is no AC, can't sleep due to noise in the street, I will not go back to this Hotel,,,,

This location is great for a first time visitor to Mexico City. It’s walking distance from the Alameda Central park, plenty of restaurant options, shopping plazas, the metro, and great museums, so getting around was easy and there was always something nearby to do. The hotel itself was pretty quiet, but be aware of very thin walls - I was woken up multiple times during my stay because of loud noise outside from a restaurant loading area in the alleyway just outside my window. Without AC, the room did get fairly warm but the ceiling fan and ability to open windows was helpful for cooling off a bit. Housekeeping came every day and the room was visibly pretty clean, but I noticed a large stain on the mattress when the sheet was pulled up. On top of the bed being hard and uncomfortable, the noise pollution and lack of AC made for some poor nights of sleep. My room was surprisingly small so I definitely wouldn’t recommend it for more than two people, as it was just enough space for myself alone. I didn’t get a chance to try breakfast but I’m sure it’s a good perk regardless, plus the 24/7 access to coffee and hot chocolate. Overall my stay was decent but I probably would try another hotel in the same area on a return trip.
