Clean hotel, friendly staff that was very helpful even though I arrived very late

The place was very clean, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Nice hotel. Close to all the attractions

Great place 👍

Location is ideal; walking distance to everything. Michael Angelo's David steps away around the corner. Lovely restaurants; highly recommend Foyer, amazing sandwich shop All'Antico Vinaio. Several day tours pick up point within walking distance as well. Wonderful night market and food vendors on several side streets. Great leather goods vendor.

Our room was nice with a balcony. Everywhere on the property was clean. Staff goes home at 8:30 pm. Our 1st time in Florence and the staff was so helpful with getting us around town. We had a key to get in the front door after 8:30. No microwave and no wash cloths. This was pretty normal in Italy.

Wonderful location close to the train station and historic downtown. Staff are helpful and friendly. Located on a quiet street just a block from a park and restaurants. Clean, comfortable, compact.

This hotel features an excellent, quiet location. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The air conditioner works great. The breakfast option is highly convenient. Also, room cleaning is exceptionally fast. However, the bed is quite firm. The pillows are very uncomfortable.

I thought everything was great, very happy
