Staff had trouble communicating in English, and breakfast was basic. Room was great, but couldn’t really see the stars on a cloudless night unless you really focus for more than 1 hour.

Clean room. Good portion in breakfast but it was cold when food reached our room. May be buffet breakfast could be better option. Other than that everything was good. Beautiful view from the room.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Unique and Memorable Stay Galaxy Hotel is a truly unique and charming boutique property. The hotel is petite, cozy, and beautifully designed, creating a very special atmosphere. What made the stay unforgettable was the incredible roof window above the room. Being able to lie in bed and look directly at the night sky was magical. Lake Tekapo is famous for its dark skies, and the rooftop window gave me a fantastic opportunity to enjoy the stars from the comfort of my room. The experience felt peaceful, intimate, and unlike any other hotel stay I’ve had. If you’re looking for something special and want to experience the beauty of the night sky, I highly recommend Galaxy Hotel. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
