Balcony and view, that’s finest

The service from beginning of your stay until the end of your stay is as consistent as can be. I’ve travelled everywhere… four seasons ect and the Sofitel legend Panama is right up there with any of them. The food was phenomenal… all the bartenders weee phenomenal… the front desk staff goes over and beyond to make sure your stay is immaculate. The area the hotel is in is perfect… I highly recommend this hotel

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. The staff were amazing, especially Carlos. He remembered my name and called me by name the entire time I was there. The rooms were beautiful and the area is perfect for sightseeing. 10 out of 10 I will be back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Sofitel Legend Casco Viejo was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Panama. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warmth, professionalism, and attention to every detail. The level of service was exceptional throughout our stay. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. The architecture beautifully blends the historic charm of Casco Viejo with elegant modern luxury. Every space—from the lobby to the pool and restaurants—felt thoughtfully designed and impeccably maintained. Our room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and extremely comfortable, with breathtaking views of the Bay of Panama. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the little touches like evening turndown service and luxurious amenities. The location couldn't have been better. We were able to walk to so many wonderful restaurants, plazas, churches, museums, rooftop bars, and shops throughout Casco Viejo. It was the perfect base for exploring the city's history and culture while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. The breakfast was outstanding with high-quality ingredients and excellent service, and we also enjoyed relaxing by the beautiful infinity pool after spending the day sightseeing. We were celebrating a special occasion, and the staff went above and beyond to make it memorable. Their genuine hospitality made us feel like valued guests rather than just another reservation.
