Honestly a great location and everything you need a a few days in the city! We got the “city view” room and I would recommend! Not too tiny and well lit - our only complaint was the elevator taking a little long when busy but that’s something I can overlook in the future.

Clean and great location

This was my second stay here. This is the only hotel I will ever stay at while in New York. Loved it!

I usually don’t write reviews. I would avoid this hotel unless your other option is to sleep on a park bench or a roach hotel. For $400 a night, it was extremely disappointing. It took 20 min to ride the elevator down from the 26th floor, and it sometimes took just as long to ride up. The rooms are extremely small. The elevators are poorly designed, and only 2 of the 4 seem to function. The elevators were packed. The breakfast is good for people who can’t afford to buy anything anywhere else—low quality motel style breakfast. The staff were helpful and polite but there is nothing they could do. Even if they would offer me to stay there for free, I would not. On a positive note and to be fair, the rooms were clean and updated.

Excellent service and super clean Hotel

Cable TV didn't work. Shower knob broken. Stains on carpet. Stains on bedding. Phone broken. Fire alarm going off in the middle of the night (false alarms, wakes everyone up, scared). Gym is small and limited. Staff is overworked. Prices are way too high. Room is tiny. Shades on windows broken. Refrigerator didn't work.

Fantastic location overall and for the city view in particular, e.g. Empire State Building from your window. Room two double beds could have been a bit bigger than its current size. But the size would not deter me from returning for another stay.

Hotel was in a great location- easy to get to from subway and Penn Station. We got REALLY lucky and got a high floor with an amazing view- the best I have ever had in NYC. The room was as expected for NYC, pretty small for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids), but was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was ok- nothing special, basic breakfast. I know others said elevators took a long time, but we did not have that issue. Overall, we would recommend and definitely stay here again!

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The breakfast buffet was really good with a variety- very nice perk. conveniently located in Chelsea for the graduation we attended in the area. major reason we would not likely return is the room- seriously like a tiny box. we were two adults and a teenager and there was not even a place to open our suitcase. bathroom was micro small and you could barely turn around in it. water pressure was poor considering it’s nyc water pressure is always great usually. the beds were very comfortable but also small for queen they were more like small full size. water was $6 a bottle in the room unless you were an elite member- a bit extreme! Hallways were packed with rooms but no nice decor and again tight space wise.
