很好 Hotel is well laid out and room and breakfast was comfortable. Close to airport , nice quiet location. Only issue we had is that there was no body cream for after shower and no serviettes for cleaning surfaces. I mean this should be a tick box thing where you check and replace supplies for any new check in. It just makes sense. Please try to perfect these things within your power, little miss like this is irritating to guests .

nice and clean room but weird faults. Pillow covers smaller then pillows so parts of pillows remains exposed. Aircon doesn’t stop working even in auto and target temperature reached so non-stop aircon noise. Area is getting better and better with a walking distance mall full of great restaurants and with walkable with caution side walks

I had a great stay from the moment I stepped into the hotel and was greeted by Fathi El Masry; great guy, very welcoming and extremely helpful until checking out. Amazing stay. I will be back.

Overall a nice hotel, comfy bedding and good housekeeping, great breakfast, super location if you are attending an exhibition in Roshn Front.
Be very aware - despite full prepayment of the room upon reservation, they process a deposit as a "sale" upon check-in, not as whats international standard as a "pre-authorization". They conveniently forget to tell you that it was processes as a sale, and quietly hope you leave in the believe that the amount held will be refunded to your credit card after a few days - as it is standard ANYWHERE in the world. Well that aint the case, and they would not even have informed me if I didn't ask about it by chance - hence its apparently a frequent scheme they are running. Unless you email back and forth with their finance controller, you'll never see that money again, and you'll loose CC fees and exchange difference in the refund process!
