This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are clean. The front reception staff is very friendly, and helpful. A popcorn machine making fresh popcorn for the guests to my delight! The restaurant, and the cafe are very classy. Valet attendant were super friendly and helpful.
A sophisticated water dispenser machine with hot water was the icing on the cake for me.
I really appreciate the quality of service provided by every staff I met during my stay!

A beautiful hotel in an awesome location. The valet is incredibly convenient as driving downtown Toronto is a nightmare. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfy and room clean. My only neg is that the shower situation is bad for a hotel this fancy, no door, flimsy & difficult shower curtain. Water pressure was great though. We didn't eat at the restaurant on the main floor but it did look delightful and we did get coffee from the bar that was good and reasonably priced.
