函馆五棱郭微笑高级酒店 (Smile Hotel Premium Hakodate Goryokaku)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Great location near trams and buses. Very close to the major attraction of the fort and easy to get to the major trains like the JR station. It was raining two of the nights and the hotel had complementary umbrellas to use during our stay.

Clean room, small. Great location but English was a challenge to the staff

Room was very nice, and clean. Amenities were spot on and hotel service was great! Only issue was the bed. The bed was pretty firm however it is not a valid reason to take away a star!

Clean, good staff. Delicious breakfast.

Even though it was raining hard, they did not check in early but some guests were check in around 2:20pm An old staff was so rude to me

Room and area is nice A bit far from the main Hakodate station

It was decent. Hard part is inability to control temperature of room as it is managed by property.

Had some difficulty with parking.

I was so pleasantly surprised by what was offered. I booked an overnight stay on my way to Sapporo. I had no experience with this chain and expected an average service/facility. For one night, I didn't mind. However, the staff were organised and welcoming. Unlike similar hotel chains, they had four lifts to take guests up and down. Everywhere was super clean. More importantly, the room was spacious and very comfortable. All facilities were new, and every item in the room was organised logically to make it easy to use. Overall, a very positive experience.

too small room that is my first time got.
