I was expecting a much friendlier and more accommodating staff considering we were a group of 10. Long faces, upselling, and overall a lack of service attitude.

Everything is good.

I Rented the penthouse with hot tub and couldn’t get dry towels other than the 2 inside and 2 outside towels for 2 people wanting to be in and out of the water and enjoy. The next day we couldn’t do late checkout because the room needed to be cleaned because and was told it was rented that night. I would have preferred to stay up there but we were moved to the jacuzzi tub room and still no towels. I went out of my way specifically for the hottub and jacuzzi because I needed them for therapy. I had to keep using the same wet towels every time. 2 days with no dry towels. The rooms were not cheap either. Then I find out that the penthouse wasn’t rented that night…. Waste of money and too much frustration. No relaxing was done there with such hard beds. So disappointing all around. I should’ve listened to my gut and went somewhere else the first night.

Mi experiencia es terrible la razón de qué no me pudieron facturar en el hotel, porque ustedes como Expidia hicieron el cargo, esto lo cuestioné hace algunos días y pueden validar en su chat de atención, me están causando un gran problema al yo no poder comprobar fiscalmente este gasto, desconozco qué sucedió, cuando esto sí era posible hacerlo en el pasado, seguramente nada más ofrecerán una disculpa por la situación, espero equivocarme, pero sí necesito comprobar fiscalmente este gasto, de lo contrario yo tengo que reponer ese dinero, si esto no se soluciona será la última vez que utilice su servicio lastimosamente.

Very nice hotel with great staff

Very clean hotel with a great breakfast and AC and a quick walk to Condesa and Roma. Quieter residential neighborhood but close enough to the action.

Great hotel for a city weekend, love the decoration

Lovely hotel, away from the tourist location but easier enough to get to by metro or walking. Breakfast was delicious.
