Clean apartment, nice staff, great location. The best thing was that someone had switched on the aircon before we arrived! With temperatures well above 30C outside it felt like arriving in heaven.

Very convenient and comfortable hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. It has a nice shaded garden entry with the door away from the street providing a very relaxing environment. Reserve a room on the ground floor if you can. They aren’t much more expensive but are like little studio apartments. I didn’t give my stay a five star rating for two reasons - there is no parking (pretty typical in Cannes) and the breakfast options weren’t as elaborate as some of the other hotels we stayed at on this trip. However, there is plenty of parking at a nearby paid public garage and the breakfast was certainly adequate. All of that said, the location and the price make it a great value.

Problem with safe could not be fixed till following day, no access to passports, electronics etc

Rooms were very small, quite dated, bathroom ludicrously small. Breakfast was poor, avoid paying for it.

A lovely boutique hotel just behind the Mondrian (used to be The Grand) in the centre of Cannes.
Everything is within a maximum of about a 10 min walk.
Croisette and beaches are 3 mins away, good bars, restaurants, shops, markets are all within 2 to 5 mins away.
