马德里硬石酒店 (Hard Rock Hotel Madrid)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Nice property, convenient location. Excellent staff.

Hard Rock Hotel Madrid was absolutely outstanding — our room was pristine, spacious, and stylishly appointed, offering every possible comfort. The check‑in was swift and seamless, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly; even with a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, they courteously messaged us to ask when it would be convenient to come in for cleaning and to change towels and linens. The pool area is superb, very well maintained and relaxing; the only downside was the insufficient number of sunbeds — many were reserved but left unused, or the guests only showed up around 2–4 PM, which was frustrating and inconvenient.

Very nice stuff very friendly and helpful they were nice and show me good place to go thank you

Wonderful visit to the Hard Rock Madrid! Arrived for the BTS concert and alerted the staff before hand that we are to attend the concert. We arrived to customised mirror decor and a note alongside some brownies - all complimentary which made the whole trip! We also visited the fabulous rooftop bar which was reasonably priced as well as the pool which also had some yummy milkshakes and smoothies with great service! Wonderful attention to detail and such a memorable trip. Will definitely come back to this hotel! Thank you for the memories and service! :]

Excellent service, great helpful staff Rooms are big and comfortable. Will stay there again.

Staff was extremely helpful and property was very clean/modern.

Great location, very helpful staff. Comfortable beds and good sized rooms

Good location for exploring the city but food and drink very poor and expensive. Good to stay but great food and drink within a short walk.

Great location and friendly staff!

Second visit and it was amazing. Great location, great pool, great rooms - very clean. Modern facilities and a paradise in Madrid. Loads of places to eat and drink locally.
