The staff were so welcoming and friendly and the setting was beautiful

Breakfast is amazing

We loved the Hotel grounds and the staff. The room was tired and dated. I would go to the hotel website before booking this property. Nothing too bad just 2 and a half to three stars for the room.

The cabin and the other building basement room smelled musty And then covered up with a strong deodorizer

Staff was wonderful! Grounds are beautiful. Will definitely be back to explore more!

Beautiful location. Nothing fancy in the lodges & Air-conditioning rattled a bit. The property and castle is absolutely gorgeous. Will be coming back!

Perfect quiet spot where nature take control of the anxiety of daily life.

I am in awe of this property. The location is breathtaking, I love the entire place. The breakfast is something I am still thinking about, and I’m very sad that this was my first out of three days because breakfast did not match up anywhere else. I think it is so amazing that they let you be on the property until 5 PM because that allowed my family to take a moment and enjoy the beautiful scenery and have lunch at a picnic table up by Bighorn Lodge later in the day. I am so grateful that we were able to come back and do that after an early checkout. I would definitely stay here again, I suppose that my only negative about my stay was that I didn’t realize that my room wouldn’t have a view, and would essentially be underground. However, I would definitely put up with that to be on the property. I was also a little disappointed about no microwave or mini fridge, but I also do love the idea of no TVs in the room. I love this property, and what it stands for and its beliefs.

We stayed in one of the lodges. Standard hotel room. Comfortable beds, nice linens and towels. There is no TV in the rooms in keeping with the Navigators philosophy of quiet and peacefulness . Didn't bother us, we had books to read. Beautiful surroundings that back up to the Garden of the Gods. We saw bighorn sheep and mule deer on the lovely grounds. Included breakfast was served in the castle. A tremendous buffet spread. We ate on the terrace and it was so nice. Their staff was so friendly, courteous, and helpful. We were sorry we were only there one night and didn't have a chance to do a castle tour or walk on the 8 miles of trails. We will definitely stay there again if we get back to Colorado.
