Nice friendly staff. Had to wait a bit for service in the bar the first evening. Then had to ask again for menus when we decided to have dinner. Just a little odd. Sweet desk people.

This hotel was fantastic. Location is great, use the parking at Gavadiee Commons for in/out privileges. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. The restaurant/bar was slow, but a nice place to hang out for a bit. Overall will definitely stay again. It was quiet and comfortable.

Marriott does a good job of maintaining Rand Tower. Staying in the room, it’s a modern comfortable hotel stay. Going through the building, it’s a very well maintained historic charm. I have no complaints from my first stay at Rand Tower.

I stayed 9 nights and I was a pleasure from the start to check out everything was on point, clean and efficient. The staff are very helpful 24 hours a day. Highly recommend the corner rooms

The hotel is very beautiful and clean. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and felt luxurious. I really enjoyed the cozy bathrobes that were in our room for lounging, while taking in the view from our spectacular corner room. Before we arrived we were a little concerned about the parking garage that was separate from the hotel, but although we needed to pay $40 for one night, the garage felt very safe and was within a short walking distance from the hotel.
