I’m driving from UK. For those adventure travellers. Brilliant! everything I need is provided such Free Secure parking. 24hrs desk staff, kitchen stuff, appliances, room from 5th floor with elevator. Comfy bed With good view balcony, separate bedroom and living room. Key card door. Over all square meter of standard apartment with balcony is quite big for one couple. The apartment looks like newly renovated The only downside, in front of the building is one way narrow street, lot of tourist pedestrians walking in the street you have to be careful because car in UK is opposite steering wheel. The location is in middle of tourist attraction. The price is affordable £220.29 for nights in summer weekdays, advance online check in with your personal details is an advantage when you arrived just less than a minute to get your key card. 100% recommended

I drove my car from UK to Germany. Have some trouble my car they the reception staff tried to find emergency service because I have onward travel in EU. Specially the barrier language. They are very helpful. Brilliant service

nice & clean hotel close to the frankfurt east train station. bfast was good. the shower was huge. no dinner served even though the website reads 24/7 dinning menu - food served around the clock. i asked at the desk and they said it was shut. i would stay here again

Researched previous reviews, have to say they were very misleading. Also what the hotel itself lists are very misleading. The room itself- I booked a premium room. Supposed to be a Queen bed, not two twins pushed together. I made sure of this. But, what did I get? Two twins pushed together. Beds are very hard. Pillows are awful. Recieved one only. And a small one. Went to call the front desk, NO PHONE in the room! There arent any! So tried to find the number online. Thought i found it. Nope, turns out its directed to reservations for Holiday inn, and its in another country. They tried to help me. They were honest and said, whenever they try to connect with Germany they usually get disconnected. And sure enough, thats what happened. So, finally I just went downstairs. Keep in mind, I had already traveled 15hrs. Go to the desk, and ask for a couple pillows. The guy doesnt understand me at all. Has to translate with his phone. Then proceeds to explain, No Houskeeping! Gone home! Great! Back to the room. Next thing, no mini fridge. Also supposed to have blackout curtains, Nope, not even close. For the most part the room was clean. Though the carpet did have several areas that were stained with spills. The hotel also claims the rooms are soundproof, bull-@#$. Found that out pretty quick, when the people next door decided that was going to be the party room! Partying on every floor. Smoking in rooms. Bottles all over. Dont stay

This hotel was really nice. The lobby was clean and the staff was very helpful, even to a non-native language speaker. The room was larger than I expected. The room had a safe that was easy to operate, built-in bluetooth sound system, nice lighting and a large bed. Plenty of electrical receptacles were available also. The bathroom had a nice shower that was easy to operate and had plenty of hot water. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again!

Great hotel and good location for a quite trip

The hotel needs some TLC. Staff was great, but carpets and pillows were nasty.

The hotel is good, breakfast, good, bed is good The hotel itself is ok The problem was with the resptionist Ahmed, he is not professional, he doesn't help, i made a complain about the shower drain 4 times and nothing happened until last day, actually he made my stay not that good
