This hotel is catered for the local community, the food and as not high quality, the amenities are lacking, the cleanliness is lacking, the gardens and green areas are not well taken care off, the high tea is laughable, pictures are very deceiving. Overall not what you would expect from a 5 Star hotel, my wife and I were very disappointed.

超赞 This is quite possibly the finest hotel service experience I have ever encountered. Yes, the grounds are lovely, the amenities are excellent, the place is spotless. But it was the people, the staff of this hotel, who left the biggest impression. To a person, they were kind, helpful, welcoming, and profoundly concerned with meeting my needs and being of assistance. Here’s an example: my travel companion was ill and needed more cough medicine. When I went to the concierge to ask where I might buy this particular formulation, she arranged to send a hotel staff member to fetch it for me, and I was only charged the cost of the medication.
I especially enjoyed the afternoon high tea, usually held in the courtyard, which included music, sometimes dancing for entertainment, and occasionally a local artisan demonstrating their skill. I have a beautiful lac bangle bracelet as a souvenir.
I cannot recommend this hotel more highly. SIX STARS!
