Perfect location! Very nice clean room, only problem not used to smoking hotels, smelled smoke in the entryway to our room. Otherwise loved this hotel! Definitely recommend!

Wonderful historic property (built in 1641 as a private home). As typical, it did not have an elevator for customers so we had to walk up 2 floors to our room. Otherwise it was wonderful and the staff very helpful. St. Mark's Square is close by, and gondola access is adjacent. Loved our 2 night stay. We were pleased they were able to provide 3 rooms for our family group of 9 persons (my wife & I, our 2 grown daughters and their famlies). I would certainly recommend this property!
