The staff at the front desk were excellent. Very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is conveniently located to shops and transportation.

The room was not clean. There was a used towel, blood stains on the phone cord and on the comforter, the minibar was empty and did not work. After complaining, the staff came up to change the comforter and clean the stains. This was not pleasant

Hotel is old, service is good but the Wifi is terrible and no connection at room.

Great location in New Town with easy access to public transportation. Good price and included breakfast. Rooms are a little dated, but clean and comfortable.

The room was clean and had some charm ,quite big.

Room was large. Very quiet for sleeping apart from the rumble of trams. Hotel was elegantly decorated. Receptionist was friendly. Breakfast buffet items appeared dried out and unappetising. Coffee from the carafe was old and bitter.

Clean, spacious room. Good selection at breakfast. Location is convenient for the centre of Prague.
