Very friendly staff. Some issues with our room occasionally but this was dealt with promptly. Food options on offer could be better. I would definitely stay here again. The kids loved it too and made friends with the ladies at the front desk, i cannot praise them enough.

We had an amazing stay at Adagio Premium The Palm! The rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean, and the location on Palm Jumeirah is perfect.
The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel truly welcome. Everything was smooth and comfortable from start to finish.
