The room was clean though a bit worn out, flooring by the sink was ripped. The view from our room, 23rd floor, was amazing, could see the Petronas towers. The pool was very crowded, only a few sunbeds which were always taken, and the area didnt get any sun. Its a very busy hotel but our room was quiet enough, it helped i think because we were on an end. Nice enough place to stay, good location, 10 minute walk to bukit bintang.

The rooms need to be redecorated as they look tired. The toilets and bathroom areas do not look that clean and look like they could do with a deep clean and replace all the toilet seats as they are dirty and damaged.

I am satisfied with this property.

Facilities at the property were excellent - infinity pool with an amazing view, well equipped gym, bar and restaurant. It is well located, close to the major night market, lots of restaurants, public transport and KL Eco Park. The room was overall good but can do with a bit of maintenance (the laminated floor was peeling off). The bay window was really great for chilling and read.

Staffs weren’t friendly. No room service if you stay less than 7 days.

プールがある所にバーが併設されていて、そこから見える夜景がとてもきれいだった。バス停もすぐ近くなので便利。 部屋の掃除やタオルの交換は毎朝メッセージを送らないと来てくれないのが正直面倒。エレベーターがなかなか泊まってくれない。チェックアウト時は最悪で、エレベーター待ち15分。

This hotel looks good but that is about as good as it gets. Bad service, uncomfortable room and beds and no help from front desk staff.

Excellent place to stay. Clean and modern room with a great rooftop pool, gym and restaurant. I'd have rated 5 other than the fact the guy checking us in had zero manners.

Great place and location. Very busy and great views of the city. Spacious apartment. Would be happy to come back here. The price is well worth it. Thumb up.

Overrated, too many people in lobby. Room had half a roll of toilet paper, bil toiletries, didn't look clean.
