The staff has been incredibly nice!!

Reception staff were very helpful. Room bit outdated but only needed it for sleeping

Easy parking and good distance to central city.

Great location in centre of city near Hagley Park. Clean and spacious apartment.

Bathrooms were a little dingy. Mold and bathroom fan was incredibly noisy. Staff were really friendly and the rooms were warm. Tv remove didn’t work which was inconvenient

Great location. Restaurant at front of property for all day eats. Other restaurants and Bars very close by. Good size room. Quiet.

Very good location, staff were very helpful. Shower and bathroom was nice.

Dishes were not as clean as i like

Onsite parking was great, lots of eateries of varying prices within walking distance, the staff we met were friendly and helpful. The building exterior and interior could do with some tlc but overall provided adequately comfortable conversation. The Reception staff were appreciative that we let them know the toilet cistern in our room was continually filling and one of the sink taps dripped.
