I cant believe when I was told that they do not change bedsheet until the fourth day. Reception was attentive to customer's request.

A short walk to the local food markets. Quiet surrounds.

JJ & the team at the front desk was great , was happy with the overall value , would come back again .

Nice hotel, cleanliness room, friendly staff, basic breakfast. Stayed for 7 nights, will stay again.

The Grand Wipanan is a good hotel... Its cheap and is good value for money.. The rooms are good... Its in a good area with good market food 150meters away..

The staff was fantastic! The room was spacious and very clean. The only negatives are the location of the TV and no hot water for the bath room sink. Aside from that, an excellent stay. From the balcony the view of the mountains and the city was wonderful. The breakfast was minimal but who goes to Thailand for breakfast 😊. We would definitely stay there again.

Super value: large clean room with TV area with sofa and many cable channels, kitchenette, bicycles for use, good breakfast. Not in a good restaurant zone, but with refrigerator and microwave could bring food back for the evening. Easy bicycle ride to the tourist area and only a short walk to Adam’s Apple.

About my 6th stay here, always perfect, great staff, had the 1 bedroom suite which was great. Everything was perfect as usual. Hotel has a laundry dryer which is so good 30 b each machine. Breakfast very basic but sufficient. The pool is nice but the water cold as it gets next to no sun.Wipanan is located near a main road and Tanin msrket where you can buy cooked foods and fruits. A 7/11 is nearby. Wipanan is my home away from home. Transport is not fantadtic this area, better if you have a bike or you msy be waiting a while. Highly recommended.

Apartment was excellent well above my expectations. Clean large room great WiFi nice balcony and friendly staff. Nothing to find fault with. Highly recommended

I really enjoyed this hotel! The reception and restaurant staff were all very friendly. We had to adjust our stay a couple of times and they never made it seem like a big hassle. The studio was spacious. The bathroom was very clean. The mattress was wonderful which is hard to come by for this price in thailand. We even had a little balcony that was a pleasant surprise with a great view of Chiang Mai. The pool looked good too but we didn’t have time to swim. I love the kitchen area with everything you need for a comfy stay. Already have plans to come stay again in a few months.
