Place was amazing . In the center of everything . People were amazing , the service and the cleaning lady was such a nice person . I never give any reviews and I cant wait to go back again .

Our superior room was very breathtaking and our family had a great time. Highly recommend this location they come and clean your house like a hotel so it’s like living in Armenia with hotel accommodation. I will definitely stay here in the future when visiting Armenia.

Very poor service, you have to beg to come for cleaning the rooms! Old bedding and towels! The corridors are always full of huge black plastic bags full of unwashed laundry!

clean room

This is a very nice hotel. It’s clean, the maintenance staff is excellent, helpful and friendly. The location is the best. The gym is much better than what it’s shown in the pictures. It has nice equipment and is very clean. The con is that there is no elevator from the parking structure but they provide nice staff that helps with the bags. And, the reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is that internet was really bad: it was very slow and spotty! Thank you for the stay and the maintenance department including all the staff and supervisor.

Overall excellent experience

The power went out during our stay and the hotel refused to refund us despite there being no lift and it being on the 11th floor and there being no power the lift didn’t work (I had a 2 year old baby). I think this is a common issue with the hotel.

A wonderful hotel at an amazing location.
