Airport shuttle clean room

This hotel provides amenities similar to a three-star property in North America. Highlights include a convenient airport shuttle, on-site restaurant, and close access to a shopping mall, banking and foreign exchange services, plus several cafés and some entertainment spots. The covered pool bar is a nice spot to unwind, but be aware it doubles as a smoking area, which may be uncomfortable for non-smokers. Staff across reception, food services, and housekeeping were friendly and helpful. Good choice for travellers seeking comfort and convenience.

Tried several times to contact staff for airport shuttle, with no response. Room smelt mouldy and table was dirty.

Very close to the airport, clean, free airport shuttle and helpful staff. Did what it was meant to do.

Card door locks weren't working when I got there, toilet kept recharging, shower took ages to get warm, there was kids party at pool on the Saturday and some event downstairs on the Sunday. The rooms weren't exactly cheap but the food and drinks cost a fortune.... like 35 usd for breakfast, 35 usd for dinner both at standard buffet. Basically most things in ghana are cheap, but this 3 star hotel cost a fortune. 5/ 10.

Staff appeared overwhelmed. Perhaps working out the schedule so there are enough staff during busy times.

The staff are always great. Sylvia at the front desk is superb. The ladies at the time of checkout were all lively and very warm. Definitely recommend a stay, the staff will make you feel at home.
