Lovely hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly

room was fab and could see the Tower especially at night. Happy to look at the football stadium - however very noisy as people working on maintaining it - sat and sunday. Bar staff and breakfast staff wonderful, nothing too much trouble. One of the Receptionists not very helpful especially as had a bit of trouble with the parking. Beware - I was very upset at how nonchalent she was with regard to the issue and no help at all.

Do not use this hotel, especially if you are parking there. Ocean Parking who manage the car park are scammers. I told the hotel where I had parked, paid for the parking which I was told was good until midnight the following night then received a fine. I sent my receipt to Ocean Parking who have rejected my appeal. Disgraceful, SCAM!

Great stay as always. Martin at reception was brilliant went out of his way to help us. Definitely recommend the hotel

overall very good just checking in and out staff were no interactive no enjoy you stay or how was your stay or thank you or goodbye.

Bed was comfy, room was clean however minor items were looking tired / in need of maintenance. Breakfast was quiet and relaxed, alough food quality could be better

Small room but had everything we needed. Great air con, comfy beds and black out curtains and blinds. Local shops and services close by. Food and bar on site. Very clean and reasonably priced.

Very impressive We had a pitch view room Is was lovely We had a problem trying to get our air conditioning working The staff sorted it immediately Thank you The reception employees were great Fantastic Bsr staff Brilliant Breakfast staff We were very pleased with our complete stay

The room was ok the view of the pitch was good but the air conditioning was terrible and your unable to open window. Bathroom door looked like it had just been repaired as had a hole and cracks around the handle which was wobbly not a great look. Beds where really uncomfortable really hard.
