艾勒斯利国际汽车贝斯特韦斯特酒店 (Best Western Ellerslie International)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Comparing to other accommodation in the area, I can not recommend this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful but I found the room extremely basic, very cold. No telephone in the room. The bathroom door and bedside table drawers were visibly crooked. The a/c unit dirty. The room had a lot of noise from both the road traffic, people arriving to the hotel and groups gathering to talk loudly. I wish I paid more to stay elsewhere

The room smelt like cigarette smoke. It was so strong that we needed to sleep with the windows open. Smelly and freezing nights sleep.

Helpful staff when we wanted to check in a bit earlier. Upgrade we weren’t expecting. Handy to motorway and public transport. We will be back

Loved the spa bath in room....great bed....10 min drive to supermarket was great.

Good value

Very easy to find with a handy location just off the highway. Parking outside our door. We were upgraded and had a lovely corner spa bath with bath salts supplied. I loved that they had a shower cap. Our bed was clean and comfortable and our room felt spacious and welcoming. We didn’t hear any outside noise at all. Only gripe was the bathroom extractor fan had a mind of its own and liked to turn itself on randomly

Clean room. Helpful staff and happily amended my pre booked room.

Friendly team

For the price well worth the stay

Nice and tidy, spa bath was nice.
