This was not an expensive hotel so not luxurious. However my en suite room was clean, the white sheets and towels were freshly laundered . The air conditioning worked fine, there was a safe, a fridge and a hairdryer. Had to run the hot water for a while but when it came through it was hot. The lift worked. Taxim Square was a short walk. A bit rough round the edges but good value for money. If I was in Istanbul again I would be happy to return.

The property is verry good, and it is near Maydan Taksim 5 minutes walking distance, staff are very friendly and respectful.

I ended up canceling the rest of my stay because the room was dirty, the shower, fridge, and TV didn’t work, and the staff were rude and unhelpful when I asked for help.

It’s our second time , the staff are super helpful But the room could use some maintenance Like curtain fixing and few small things

Excellent budget option close to the shopping area

It was looking like a one night stand place. Not clean. Shower head didnt work, air condiotener could not heat. There is a heater in the window side wall but it has not enough power to heat the room. Blanket was a too tiny.

The place was runned down, the AC barely worked and the bathroom was bad, had to take a shower kneeling down.

The room was very cold and when I protested, they said that they would turn it on from December and room 206 was full of mosquitoes, so I changed my room. I recommend that if someone chooses this hotel, bring a heater and insecticide.
