It was a very pleasant stay, from the moment we entered the door. The hotel staff was very attentive. The amenities are impeccable. The view in our room was absolutely stunning. We were able to swim a bit at the pool and enjoyed the hot tub and sauna/steam rooms. We decided to eat at the Western restaurant at the hotel and was blown away by the food. We’ll definitely come back again in the future.

超赞 We visited a number of the top 5 star, all are very high standard with competition driving very high standards, this hotel in my opinion is the best all around hotel in Shenzhen, perfect location with bay/sea views, next to shopping Mali with many restaurants and shops to choose. An excellent hotel in all areas and will stay there again on my return to Shenzhen

Enjoyed the stay… my wife thinks the bed was a bit hard. The duvet was a bit too warm and complimentary drinks can be better quality!.. but everything else is fine
