我和我的家人很喜欢它

Clean and updated rooms, good location and great little cafe for a delicious breakfast option

Nice

Great space and location. Sat at bar and asked if it was full service, bartender said yes and he would be with me in just a second. He then went on to make drinks for tables for nearly 20 minutes without addressing me or taking my order - got up and walked away and went to the burger place across the street.

Great location! Walking distance to ferry building, and Cable Car station. Easy to request a Waymo. The most con for us is there is only one location of elevators, and the rooms are like a circle around it. It will take forever to walk to your room if you stay the other side of the elevator

Nice view

The property is nicely located in front of the ferry building. Our room had an amazing view of the Ferry Building, and it was nice to walk to the Embarcadero for lunch. Across the street, you can also take the SF cable car

staff is very kind.

Check in was weird since you need to go up 2 floors. For valet parking its $95 a day... which seems insane. So we parked a block over at a parking garage for $45 overnight. The hotel it self is nice and clean. But we made the mistake of getting a drink at the bar in the lobby. 2 drinks costs $50 after taxes, fees and tip... Will stay at the hotel again but be aware of the everly priced bar/restaurant in the lobby.

Great stay.
