views were spectacular. Tallest building in Harbin with view of Ice and Snow Park, and Sun Island. Concierge had a long down top coat that he loaned me. All the staff was attntive and anxious to help.

Check in was fast and smooth. Staff was very professional and efficient . Everything was explained clearly and were very proactive in providing all necessary information . Room was fantastic but one flaw was when in the room if you are not on the hotel’s wifi, the phone signal is rather poor so that’s the only thing I would say that needs improvement .

Room is very big and has everything we need. Hotel staffs are very kind and helpful.

We’ve had such a wonderful stay — the staff were warm and helpful throughout, with a couple of them were especially kind and made our time in Harbin even more memorable. The room was clean and the breakfast were so well prepared.

It was amazing stay at The Ritz-Carlton, their service was top level. they clean the room and fill the bottle water couple times per day.
