星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

The room was so cramped you couldn’t turn around in it without bumping into something else. The toilet wouldn’t flush half the time. The housekeeping staff were very rude. I requested an extra pillow 6 times and still never received one. The breakfast was so bad I wouldn’t have feed it to a stray dog. Not worth the money. I’m very upset that I have to pay full price for this stay

Wish the free breakfast was better. Otherwise nice enough place for the night

Sheets wete not as cleaned hair on them but overall it was okay

The hotel was decent, only problem was the front desk staff, especially the lady, she was rude dismissive and disrespectful. She would be the main reason for my complaint. Other than I think the hotel was a decent stay.

The breakfast had a great variety. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was not clean

Upon checking in, I requested a cancellation for my second night. The front desk clerk informed me that because the booking was made through Expedia, I needed to contact them directly. I contacted Expedia immediately, but despite several attempts, they were unable to obtain a cancellation waiver from the hotel. Furthermore, my stay was highly unsatisfactory. The breakfast provided was poor, and multiple individuals were smoking cigarettes and marijuana right outside my door, causing the smoke and strong odor to enter my room.

It had an unfamiliar smell, and I didn't like the toile—it looked dirty. Everything else was fine, and the breakfast area was super clean.
