Hotel is old and dated.
Front desk check in experience was not welcoming.
Use of an international credit card for hotel charges — standard in Thailand - draws a special service fee. Odd to see this charge at a so called top international hotel.
Buffet breakfast so so from a Thailand top hotel standard
It’s clean and safe so not a bade place to stay …
Still it’s very Hard to believe this is considered amongst the top hotels in Trang … perhaps maybe 20 years ago.

The hotel is within walking distance to the mall nearby. There are also plenty of restaurants within 500 meters. Very value for money while the property condition is new.
