The gentleman at the desk the evening we checked in was great. The lady the next morning was not so friendly or helpful. Breakfast was minimal, cold and picked over. Location is good, second floor deck is nice, note property does not have a lift.

Excellent location for charming Ghent centrum experience. Very clean, well maintained property and helpful staff. Good amenities. Onsite laundry could be great addition.

the staff (Nicolas) was friendly helpful and welcoming on my arrival to the hotel . He showed me how to access the hire bike and told me where local shops were , which were very close by. the room was very clean and comfortable with a great view of the canal . Air con was good and i watched the football match in bed . i would definitely recommend this hotel , it had a great location just a short walk from the train station and it felt like i was in the centre of Delft . i was sad to leave as i enjoyed the stay so much . i will return and stay here again .

There was no elevator, and I have problems with my knees, so I could not climb two flights of steps to the second floor. I am very grateful, they changed me to a room on the ground floor.

Quiet place to stay. Convenient location, easy to walk to everything. The room was not as clean as I would have preferred with cobwebs and a few skinny spiders in the corners with a hair on the sheet. The staff was very nice and helpful. They allowed us to leave our luggage after check out. I never saw another guest will staying there. The courtyard was not well kept- did not look like the picture online. Delft is beautiful. If you check in after hours you have to go to another property first to get the key.

Great location. Friendly staff, but not there later in the day. A bit concerned about security. No one is at the front desk and someone could follow a guest in. There were no chains in the door. Huge room. No extra blankets.
