Very helpful staff helped me plan my visit in Bilbao.

Staff were lovely. Very basic hotel though. Very noisy.

Streetcar access close by to get around

Hotel is nice and staff was great. Excellent water pressure in the shower! Close to old city and many attractions. The unfortunate part is that there are many pickpockets about and you must be constantly vigilant.

The area where the hotel is situated, is a bit rough and ready, but the people are open and friendly and it wasn't a problem.

A really comfortable and pleasant stay. The hotel was quiet and well placed for the city. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.

I spent 4 nights at Hotel Bilbi. Desk staff were helpful and informative and domestic staff superb. My room was basic but comfortable. Everything worked efficiently - TV, Wi-fi, shower, etc. The hotel is well situated close to Bilbao Old Town.

Friendly staff. Nice room. Very convenient location. We enjoyed our stay :).
