One of my better hotels stays in recent months. Overall great job by staff. Highly attentive and friendly. Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

My son and I stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is clean and beautiful. We love the design and layout. The first floor is like a waiting area. There are attendants to help you load and unload. The reception or check in area is located on the 2nd floor. On the 2nd floor, there are the reception, dining, and a gift/snack store. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it's pretty good. Next to the restaurant is the bar. There are 4 elevators and they're pretty fast. Our room was spacious, clean, and the beds very comfortable. I particularly love the bathroom because of the walk in shower with glass door. It's very spacious and beautiful all around. It's walking distance to the cable car and metro. I purchased a clipper card at Walgreens so I can use it for the cable car and metro. There is a Walgreens a block away. I highly recommend this hotel.

It was nice!

Service is lower than other JWs. The resort fee includes $20 daily food and beverages credit but you will end up spending way more if you use it at bar or restaurant. Parking too expensive but there is a cheaper parking across the street and around hotel.

Big, Spacious Bathrrom, very clean! Barron and Front Desk area were very cozy , clean and inviting.

Great customer service and beds are comfortable. Great staff all around. We would definitely stay there again. Recommend it
