Fantastic place to stay.

Reception and restaurant staff were excellent, great friendly service and extremely helpful but unfortunately that’s where it ends. I would not consider the cottage to be luxury accommodation, it may have been back in the 90’s but certainly not now, we stayed in the cottage named Burnside it should be renamed Roadside, it’s situated 9 metres from the road which has a constant flow of traffic from 3.45am until 9pm. The only views of Loch Ness are from the bedroom windows. For the money we paid I’m extremely disappointed with this accommodation

Our cottage was beautiful, but we likely wouldn’t ever return. We were only there for 8 hours, so I’m not sure how many things didn’t work but I’d assume it was quite a lot. We struggled to work the shower for about 30 minutes. We tried calling the front desk, but no one ever answered so my husband had to drive down there. Someone came to help who was very kind, but he was never able to get it working and said the maintenance person wasn’t responding to calls. Ultimately, we figured out their information book they provided was incorrect, and we located the switch to turn it on tucked away. Unfortunately the shower barely had pressure and quickly rotated from scalding hot to ice cold with no notice every few seconds. You could tell it was quite outdated. The price really isn’t justifiable.

There was so much room for our family! The fully stocked kitchen was so helpful. The view was gorgeous!

Nice, Cozy, confortable cottage and very responsive employees. Nice welcoming by the staff and a good view at the restaurant of the hotel on Loch Ness.

Our cottage was nicer than expected based on the photos on Expedia. Something to know: the major road along Loch Ness is right next to the cottage "park". It might get quite loud if you have a cottage closer to the road.

Beautiful cabin

If you are staying in the area of Inverness- do not miss this cottage! The photos don’t do it justice! I would move in full time!

An absolute beautiful, spacious house with amazing views of the Loch. The property was so much bigger than I realized and was very well appointed and spotless.

Cottage was lovely but a bit of a snafu on check-in. Gave us keys to a cottage that turns out was already occupied. Quick return to registration and the matter was fixed. Unfortunately, did not see Nessie!
