巴淡岛福朋喜来登酒店 (Four Points by Sheraton Batam)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Decent stay at four points batam, close enough to nagoya mall, habour bay and grand batam mall. Nice security and staff. Breakfast nothing to shout about, but nearby market could be a deal breaker.

Room immaculate, staff lovely, recommend if u staying in Batam

"We had a lovely short family trip to escape the work grind and celebrate an early birthday. Having previously stayed with the brand in Bangkok and Malaysia, we decided to book Four Points by Sheraton here in Indonesia, and it was a great decision. From the friendly greeting at check-in to the excellent service from Amel and the team, everything was perfect. We truly appreciated the genuine hospitality. The highlight was their effort to celebrate my birthday with a beautiful song and gorgeous room decorations. Well done to the entire team!"

I like that the room is clean, staff were very polite and helpful shops were quite near. Would be perfect if the breakfast was better 😆
