The hotel is spotless, modern, and the breakfast is the best I’ve had in a hotel. Barbara, Andy, and Stella gave an outstanding service and made me feel like family.

Good rooms, staff was very courteous.

The room was like a cave, the staff wasn’t very helpful and the area wasn’t very nice.

Family friendly hotel with clean, comfortable rooms, a nice breakfast, children’s play area, and pool. We especially appreciated the family room for two adults and two children (many hotels have a maximum of three in a room) and friendly, helpful staff. The location is quite a ways from the city but good walkers or those with a car can manage fine. We drove to a big parking garage, parked, and walked from there, which worked well for us. Having free ample parking at the hotel as well was a big plus.

Preiswerte Unterkunft, dafür etwas weit von der U-Bahn entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht allzu weit entfernt, ordentliches Hotelambiente, Frühstück annehmbar

The hotel rooms where clean and spacious I think that they should offer shuttle service

New and functional hotel which was appreciated. Having a pool onsite was great with hot weather. Lots of litter and overflowing rubbish bins near hotel gate were a negative.

Room has NO shelves, bed table, closet or ANY surface where you can put your personal things. Absolutely no amenities, not even a plug by the bed. My phone charger was stolen and staff was rude and unwilling to help. Bar/restaurant staff was also rude and laughed at me when I asked for salt. Really BAD experience

Great experience! Breakfast was excellent although my car got hit in the parking lot. Would definitely go there again!
