希罗酒店 (Hôtel Hiro)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

This is a really beautifully decorated, clean and well-situated hotel near the arc de triomphe. This is great for solo travels, work trips or couples. I escaped the UK heatwave to experience the French heatwave which was even worse, but luckily the ac was running perfectly in the room. The hotel uses Nuxe products which I thoroughly enjoyed. They have a complimentary hammam spa and jacuzzi room which you can book for 45 minutes per day. The jacuzzi was wonderful, however the steam room did not seem to work properly as it never got hot enough. I had complimentary breakfast included in my booking, however the staff member did not seem to be very fond of non-French speaking guests.

Loved this hotel. Clean, well maintained room, small but perfect for solo traveller. The most lovely helpful staff. Excellent location and great aircon which was needed in this heatwave. Would highly recommend.

It is a lovely boutique hotel. Like many hotels in Paris, the spaces are small and somewhat compact. The breakfast was delicious.

Great stay

I had a very pleasant stay, When I arrived I had very heavy luggage and they put me me on the first floor, There was a day that I needed a taxi very early and they set up a pick up making the process very seamless. On the last day I had a long time until departure and they kept my luggage while I killed time even though check out was at 11am. The location of the property is very convenient and I overall just enjoyed our stay!

Check in not smooth, felt I inconvenienced the receptionist, staff constantly on their phones, spa awkward to get access, breakfast very good. Room very small.

This is a beautiful property. The staff was friendly and helpful. The space for the jacuzzi was serene and calming. The location of this property was very convenient. I will definitely book here again.

Flexibility about holding g bags after checking out and changing facility. Complimentary coffee

Hiro hires staff who are heroes.....great team!

Make sure to ask for a room in the 1st floor and above - avoid GF floor rooms no window and directly towards either lobby or breakfast room noise. Good staff and manager - they handle client’s requests attentively. Location is perfect - Rooms are new - clean but very little spacing to put the clothes.
