We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and spoke English, which made communication easy. What I liked most was the location—just a short walk from the train station and very close to Dotonbori and major shopping areas. The hotel is a traditional Japanese ryokan with beautiful tatami flooring, offering a truly authentic experience. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the smell in the hallway and elevator carpets, which I feel could use an upgrade. Other than that, everything was great! It's a safe and convenient place to stay, especially if you plan to explore Osaka's top sights and shops.

Hotel is located in a quiet area but still close to all main attractions. Room was clean and big enough for two people. It even had a table and two chairs. The ryokan was comfortable to sleep on surprisingly. Check in was very friendly. They showed us the room. Cannot use outdoor shoes inside the room but they have slippers. Would recommend for a unique experience.

Great location just steps away from Dotonbori yet very quiet.

This place is cute! We only stayed one night and it got us the experience for a traditional stay we wanted. Wish we could have stayed one more night.

This property is a great choice to stay in Osaka as the value for money is excellent. We highly appreciated the free access to the public hot bath and above all the kindness of all the staff!

The ryokan is well located and the staff are very nice and hardworking.The place is clean but common areas are quite dimly lit.The hotel is very clean and well priced.Great experience!
