This hotel is very close to Kyoto station, the bus stop and other station. It was very easy to travel to other places. 7/11 and lawson is literally on the same street few steps away. The room was clean, neat and all the amenities were good and staff was wonderful and helpful. Will definitely stay again. Thank you.

Hôtel légèrement exentré à 800 m de l’arrière de la gare de Kyoto Pratique pour les lignes de bus et de métro Les boissons au distributeur gratuites sont un plus La chambre à 2 lits est confortable et assez grande Seule la salle de bain est minuscule… Le personnel est aimable mais ne maîtrise pas trop l’anglais Je recommande cet établissement d’un bon rapport qualité /prix

Big room with lovely staff

Very nice stay, spacious room and close to the train station and shopping mall.

Staff barely speak English. There was a conflict in what they can do with luggage transfer, with one saying they could do it snd another on a different day saying they couldn’t do it and advised us to take our luggage to a convenient store! Such a hassle! The restaurant breakfast menu is limited to two sets - western and Japanese. So, if you’re staying for more than two days, you will have to repeat one or the other.

Great location, very close to Kyoto Station and a subway stop even closer. Rooms were spacious, shower was great. Amenities included laundry, ice machine and microwave. Toiletries provided. Air con\heating in room. Kyoto station as an huge underground dining area so you’ll never be short of somewhere to eat. 7/11 next door too! Great location for exploring the city.

Super comfortable rooms that were always clean. The staff and accommodations were all excellent.

Very friendly staff. Room was spotless and had plenty of different amenities. I enjoyed my stay in Kyoto very much!

Room was clean, bed confortable enough. Description supposed to have an included breakfast, it was not the case. Non-smoking room was smelling cigarette real bad. No coffee and strict minimum in room amenities.
