诺茨克罗辛度假酒店 (Knotts Crossing Resort)

Good spot, the resort was very average. Restaurant and bistro was closed due to storm damage. Only one pool open as well. Good for a few nights to do the area.

The deluxe queen suite was very dated. Brick walls. Couldn’t get kettle under the tap. Bathroom needs an update. Bed was comfortable.

We had an excellent time at Knott Crossing. I really love the small cabins. Kath is so friendly and helpful. Was the best stay in a long time. Thank you for making us feel special and welcome 🙏 😊

Expensive for a very dated room and facilities.

The room definitely has a feeling of warn, curtains didn’t close well, and be aware the ensuite is a separate building. The linen was clean. The aircon dripped onto the master bed ( obviously I moved this so I didn’t get wet). At about 11pm the aircon started making terrible rattling noises and had we not driven a huge distance I would have complained then ( but we were too exhausted to do anything that late at night). By morning there was a pool of water on the floor!! We definitely won’t be staying here again.

New carpets in room - I have stayed many times and no matter what rooms.. the carpets are stained and dirty

You charged me twice for one night what a rip off app!

Broken powerswitch for cooking manager was grumpy not nice.

Great place to stay

It was a mixed experience.
