Hotel Atlanta had a wonderful breakfast, and great staff, and they were very helpful to me to put me on the 1st floor so not as many steps to go up and down. I thought the little twin bed was almost too small for me. And the room was a bit hot, but there was a fan in there. The hotel is just warm in general. But great location, and next to everything you want to be.

The hotel is pretty central and it's easy to walk to all the tourist sights. The breakfast was substantial. There was always hot water for showers. The staff were helpful.

Historic and beautiful. Ask for room 7. It was amazing. It’s in the middle of a park and clubs so if you are not a party animal get something else. Amazing hotel and experience coming from an American

The location is amazing - no question about that. The hotel is quite old. Be prepared to steep and narrow staircases. My biggest complaint was the room temperature. There is no air conditioning, and the only refuge was a small fan we found in the closet. I think they would do well to invest in ceiling fans, ductless A/C, or both. The beds came with one thin pillow each, which was not comfortable. If you are looking here based on location - A+. If you would like comfort, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Close to rembrandt square and all restaurants. Basic accomodations but enough for a 2 nigjt stay. The free breakfast is a bonus. 20 min walk to Amsterdam centraal station. Close to canals and attractions

Solo review. Had a 8 day stay in a single room with a private bathroom. This hotel is an older, affordable bare bones budget kind of place, so keep that in mind. No coffee machine or ironing board. It did have a minibar fridge. Saying that, Best location and loved the security keycard entry. The staff are amazing, super friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were awesome and kept the place tidy. A couple of times l came in right after cleaning services were done and the whole hotel had a wonderful clean smell. My room and bathroom were bigger than other European budget solo rooms. The bathroom had a huge bathtub with plenty of hot water. My room looked over Rembrandt Square and Kings Day eve was pretty noisy, but who cares, its a holiday. The rest if the time there a was regular amount of noise. I don’t understand the “l couldn’t sleep” reviews. I had my window open and I could sleep just fine with sound of the restaurants and clubs below. There are some steep stairs and no elevators, but that’s common in Amsterdam. Perfect tram stops to Centraal, Plantage & central city right outside. I do recommend the Atlanta, if you understand it’s not the Ritz. Definitely good bang for the buck and I would stay here again.

Clean room, ideal location, 1 member was just a bit abrupt all the time, and not that helpful
