Good property but kitchenette had no fridge unlike the last time I was there which was my expectation hence my booking this property again. Staff pleasant and good breakfast but for long term stay with no fridge not greatest option.

Room was great. Service was top notch. Location was icing on cake. They have good breakfast and vegeterian options. Lot of shopping and restaurants around.

Good location, good service. Good breakfast.

The room is exceptionally large and clean!

Great location, 10 minutes walk from train station. Great room, mall and many restaurants close by. Highly recommendable

Great location

Very nice luxury hotel for an affordable price. I just wish they had more vegetarian options at breakfast. Other than that, excellent.

The room is very clean. The breakfast is excellent with so many choices. The location is super convenient, only 10 minutes walk to train station. Highly recommended!

Close to railway station. Spacious, modern and clean. Breakfast buffet with varieties. Friendly staff.

I have stayed in other Hyatt properties before but this was just sub-par experience. The trash wasn’t taken out during the whole stay in the hotel. There was a kitchen but no utensils (you need to call them for utensils to use). It was just an underwhelming stay unfortunately. No combs, no toothbrushes (they handed me 2 toothbrushes at the check-in). I can understand the Eco-friendly aspect as many hotels are doing it but it was just unexpected and they should have send a prior notice to carry utilities like some of the other hotels do.
