Staff were very helpful and most spoke English. Breakfast had good European choices. Room was spacious and clean.

Great location,fast checkin

With a short walk to the neighbor restaurants and grocery market along back streets in the area, a small public garden right in front of the hotel, a short ride via taxi to the tourist spots in the city, and airy room with partially operable window plus great ventilation in bathroom, really enjoyed the stay; however it needs an upgrade to the room, especially the television …

The staff was very helpful. There was someone at the front desk who spoke and understood English which was helpful. Good location and easy to catch a taxi.

The hotel was comfortable and had excellent facilities, including a sauna. The staff were really helpful and made sure we got to the airport on time. On the down side, not great for public transport links. The water pressure in the shower was good, but this kind of made the shower cubicle leak, which in turn made the floor pretty slippery. My partner also complained about the cost of breakfast, but I think approx. 130rmb is par for the course in these kinds of places.

The room was comfortable and clean. The area had some good food but not easy to get to other parts of the city without a taxi. They nickle and dimed us for the snacks that were put on the coffee table. Other hotels executive suites I've stayed in had free minibars so I was surprised to get charged for potato chips and peanuts. Other than that disappointment our bathtub's drain was broken. The water wouldn't drain out. They fixed it promptly the next day but we didn't want to try our luck again. The executive lounge was alright. Some of breakfast items it was hard to tell how long they'd been on display. In the evening they had a decent assortment of liquor and good snacks.
