Very good Hotel with all all confort. Clean room, good beds, linen exchanged every 2nd day. Quick laundry Service within a day, Even without Express Service. Excellent 28m 3 lanes pool, sauna and very good gym with outside view. Only inconvénience was the not working A/C. With up to 27C degrés on the room ( outside 20C/ Autumn ). Apparently the a/c was off in the entire hotel, so that might be for Energy saving reasons. Supermarkets, coffees, Restaurants in walking distance. Metro station around 700m away.

Beautiful rooms, great coffee, great food, and great location!

Definitely never returning. Arrived at the hotel after 3 pm after travelling since 6 am. I was told the room is not ready which is definitely not acceptable. We had to escalate this to get another room. Ended up in a room less than what I booked. It ruined my whole stay and I will never return as I've never experienced this at any hotel before

Friendly staff

I have been to Beijing twice now. I stayed at Wanda Vista Beijing, formerly Sofitel. With the new brand, they have increased their service quality. Staff are accommodating, they always have English speaking staff available, and you can really tell that everyone has been trained to provide quality service to clients. Great gem.

The staff was outstanding especially Johanna at the desk. She was so helpful, courteous, and friendly! The concierge which I believe was named Norbert was extremely helpful in many ways. Staying at many nice hotels internationally, we would rate this hotel as one of the best! Thanks so much for making our visit memorable.

Wanda Vista Beijing was a true 5 star experience. Excellent all around. Particularly enjoyed the lobby bar and top notch service. Will absolutely be staying again!
